Jefferson City, Mo. (KFMO) - Legislators in Missouri continue to discuss open enrollment in the state after the Missouri House bill was passed into a Senate committee.
Missouri Representative of the 117th District, Becky Laubinger, says open enrollment will be capped at 3 percent for districts that opt in to receive students.
Laubinger adds open enrollment is designed to provide flexibility to families and school districts alike.
