Area Legislators Reflect on Meaning of 4th of July

(PARK HILLS, MO) - With July 4th this week, area legislators are talking about what the Holiday means to them. State Representative Mike Henderson says he knows it's a time to spend with family and enjoy the moment, but we can't forget the actual reason for the Holiday either.

Henderson says the reason these days exist as Holidays on the calendar is because there's a meaning behind them like Memorial Day, July 4th, and other Holidays.  He says every single American regardless of political affiliation should reflect on those moments in unity.
