Bids Open for Guardrails on Cedar Road Bridge

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Bids will be opened up for the building of guardrails at Cedar Run Bridge in St. Francois County.

Associate Commissioner for District 1, Kary Buckley, says the rails will help make the bridge even safer for motorists during rainy and high water conditions.

Previously, the commission had approved the use of $300,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds in February to build the bridge. The cost of the bridge is currently projected to come close to that amount.
