(Bonne Terre, MO) A Bonne Terre woman is $100,000 richer after scratching off and winning the prize in the "Full of $500" Scratchers game. While out with her son, the woman stopped at Casey’s, at 805 Benham St. in Bonne Terre, to get gas. The decision to pick up a “Full of $500” Scratchers ticket while she was there resulted in a trip to claim one of the game’s $100,000 top prizes. Thinking it was a joke at first, she didn’t believe she had a winning ticket. “Full of $500” is a $5 game that offers prizes up to $100,000. So far, players have won over $5.6 million on the game and over $9.4 million remain in unclaimed prizes - including three more top prizes of $100,000. In FY23, players in St. Francois County won more than $12.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $1.2 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $2.5 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
