Cadet Teen Charged with Rape

(Cadet, MO) A teenager from Cadet, 18 year old Payton Andrew Reed, is facing charges of one count of rape in the first degree in Washington County. Reports show Reed allegedly raped a woman at hi residence in Cadet January 4th. Reed allegedly denied knowing the woman at first yet then admitted to being acquainted with her. Reed will have a bond reduction hearing in Washington County Court Tuesday, January 24th.
