Cape Girardeau Man Injured in Washington County Accident

(Washington County, MO) A Cape Girardeau man, 50 year old Nathaniel C. Worley, is recovering from moderate injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Washington County Monday evening just before 7 o'clock. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Worley was traveling south on Highway 47, at Providence Road, in a truck, when he failed to negotiate a right curve. The truck ran off the east side of the road and struck two signs. Worley was transported to Washington County Memorial Hospital. Worley was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
