Crash Injures Children and Adult

(St. Francois County, MO) A local woman, 33 year old Angela D. Redd, and two children, all from Bonne Terre are recovering from injuries they received in a one vehicle crash that happened just after noon Wednesday In St. Francois County. Highway Patrol reports show the wreck took place at the intersection of Cash Lane and Highway 67, north of Bonne Terre. Redd was driving north on Highway 67 when she lost control of her SUV and it ran off the right side of the highway and smashed into a tree. Redd and a 12 year old boy were moderately injured while a 3 year old boy in the vehicle received minor injuries. Redd and the 12 year old were not wearing their seat belts when the wreck took place yet the 3 year old was restrained with a safety device. The children were taken to St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis while Redd was transported to Parkland Health Center at Farmington.
