Developing the Flat River Commons

(Park Hills, MO) Members of the The Park Hills Industrial Development Authority continue efforts to develop the Flat River Commons area off the Fairgrounds exit on Highway 67. The City Administrator of Park Hills, Zach Franklin, says they're working with one of the nation's leading brokerage firms to market the area to investors.

Franklin explains he believes there is plenty of potential for the development.
