Farmington Man Dead After Traffic Accident

(St. Francois County, MO.) A man from Farmington, 39 year old Randal J. Harris, is dead after he was in a two vehicle wreck Saturday afternoon in St. Francois County. Highway Patrol records indicate the wreck happened about 4:45 as a woman from Farmington, 71 year old Sandra R. Gallaher, was driving her car south on Route OO. Reports show she crossed over the center line and crashed head on into an S.U.V. driven north by Harris. Gallaher was seriously injured and was flown to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.  They were both wearing their seat belts when the accident took place. Both vehicles were totaled.
