Farmington Residents in Wreck Tuesday

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Two people from Farmington, 64-year-old Tammy K. Crews, and 43-year-old Brandy N. Kennon, are recovering from moderate injuries after a two vehicle crash in St. Francois County Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident toook place at nearly 4:30 p.m. as Crews was driving an SUV east on Hildebrecht Road at Highway 67.

Crews is said to have failed to keep a proper lookout and attempted to cross Highway 67, pulling out in front of Kennon's SUV. The two collided and both Crews and Kennon were transported to Parkland Health Center at Farmington for treatment.

Crews was wearing a seat belt at the time of the wreck, Kennon was not.
