Fatal Wreck Injures Park Hills Woman

(Franklin County, MO) A Park Hills woman, 36 year old Alicia M. Pickle, is recovering from moderate injuries after she was involved in a traffic accident in Franklin county Wednesday afternoon that killed 39 year old Robert L. Drennen of Richwoods. According to Highway Patrol reports Drennen was driving west on Project Road with Pickle as his passenger. Drennen lost control of his vehicle, it crossed over the centerline and sideswiped a car driven east by Edward S. Jones, of Cadet. Drennen's vehicle then went off the road, rolled over several times throwing Drennen, who was not wearing a seat belt, out of his vehicle. Pickle who was not wearing her seatbelt, was taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis. Jones was not injured in the accident.
