Injunctive Measures in Mask Mandate

(Park HIlls, MO) St. Francois County's mask mandate doesn't have the aspect of being enforceable from a law enforcement perspective, with penalties, as it did when first passed last week. Amendments to the rule, that took effect in St. Francois County today, were approved at a special meeting this morning with members of the St. Francois County Health Center Board of Directors. The Board's Chairperson, Jack Poston, told members of the public who attended the meeting, the rule as it stands now would provide for injunctions and quarantine for any individuals, or entities, who don't follow the order.
