Iron County Early Morning Wreck

(Iron County, MO) A man from Ellington, 45 year old Todd M. Dement, is recovering from moderate injuries after a one vehicle wreck in Iron County that took place at 4:50 Tuesday morning. According to Troopers with the Highway Patrol the SUV Dement was driving ran off the right side of Highway 32, a quarter of a mile west of Highway 49. Dement overcorrected and the vehicle came back onto the road, ran off the left side of the highway, and rolled over. Dement, who was not wearing a seat belt during the wreck, was flown to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis.
