Keep Outside Time to Minimum

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Specialists with the National Weather Service are recommending you take certain precautions during high temperature days.

National Weather Service Meteorologist, Marshall, Pfahler, says if you have to be outside during the hot part of the day you should remember to take frequent breaks and come inside to cool off.

Pfahler adds you should always watch for signs of heat related illness when working in hot weather and always call for help immediatley if you suspect someone is experiencing heat stroke.
