Keeping Kids Safe in Hot Weather

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - With heat index values as high as 100 degrees predicted for Saturday, officials with the National Weather Service are reminding us to keep an eye on young children, especially when they travel in car seats.

A Meteorologist with the National Weather Service, Marshall Pfahler, says remember to check the well being of kids especially in very hot weather.

The National Weather service has predicted we could see some relief from high temperatures with cooler weather in the mid 80's Monday and Tuesday.
