Kidnapping Suspect in Custody

(Ste. Genevieve, MO) Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff's officials say the subject of a manhunt they began last week, kidnapping suspect, Danny Wesley Brown, is in custody. Reports indicate Brown turned himself over to authorities after the search for him started last week. He was charged with several felonies including two counts of assault in the 1st degree, two counts of armed criminal action, kidnapping inflicting injury terrorizing in the 1st Degree, burglary, and unlawful use of a weapon. The charges came after an incident in Ste. Genevieve County last Thursday night. Brown doesn't have a court date set yet according to the casenet website.
