Last Day of National Ice Cream Month

(St. Louis, MO) Today is the last day of National Ice Cream Month and there's still time to celebrate with a pint of your favorite frozen dessert. A Nutritional Educator and Registered Dietitian with the St. Louis Dairy Council, Jessica Kassell, says ice cream can be healthy.

President Ronald Reagan first designated July as National Ice Cream Month in 1984.
