Missing New Jersey Juvenile Found in Reynolds County

Reynolds Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A missing juvenile from New Jersey is back home after being found in Reynolds County.

Authorities with the the Reynolds County Sheriffs Office were notified at 3 p.m. Wednesday of a missing juvenile from New Jersey.

The juvenile’s phone had pinged at a campground located in Reynolds County. Authorities responded to the area, and located a stolen vehicle out of New Jersey which was associated with the juvenile. The vehicle was recovered and the suspect was detained.

A search party was formed to look for the missing juvenile developing leads and searching the area late into the night.

At approximately midnight Thursday the juvenile was located and turned over to the Division of Family Services.
