Ribbon Cutting Held for New Auto Tech and Cardinal Center

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The new Auto Tech area, and the Cardinal Center, of the new MAC Tech building at Mineral Area College in Park Hills is open after a special ribbon cutting for the two was held Thursday, August 15, 2024.

The Instructor for the Auto Tech program, James Whaley, says he's excited to share his knowledge and help the program grow.

The new Cardinal Center creates a gathering place for students and community at the college. The MAC Tech building is the result of a push by educators at the college, legislators, community members, and business leaders, to provide the best job training available for the Parkland.
