Route 221 in St. Francois County Closed for Pavement Improvements

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Route 221 in St. Francois County will be closed as contractor crews perform pavement improvements.

This section of roadway is located between Old Vandergriff Road and Howell Road near Doe Run, Missouri.  Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024 through Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024.

The road will remain closed until the work is completed. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
