School Supplies for Free Food at Raceway

(Doe Run, MO) Officials with the Doe Run Raceway, and The Faith Cowboy Church of Desloge, will sponsor a special free racing night Friday evening to help gather school supplies for area families. Pastor Ron Rothlisberger is with the Cowboy Church and he says you get free general admission to the stands and free food at the event but you need to bring a few school supplies to help fill up the school supply race car.

Pits at the Doe Run Raceway open at that night with the grandstand opening at 5 o'clock. Hot laps are at 6:15 and racing begins at 7. Rothlisberger adds school starts for many in the area this coming Monday so now is a great time to help the church and the raceway with their school supply drive.
