Social Services Adds New Technology to Child Abuse Hotline

(St. Francois County) The St. Francois County Department of Social Services has added new technology to their child abuse hotline.  St. Francois County Community Partnership Executive Director Bill Bunch says that there had been issues with the system in the past.

Bunch explains how the new system will eliminate problems with long holds or not being able to call victims back.
