St. Francois County Joint Dispatch Administrative Phone Lines Temporarily Down, 911 Services Remain Operational

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The St. Francois County Joint Dispatch has announced that its administrative phone lines are currently down due to technical issues. Those needing to reach the dispatch center are advised to dial the following alternative numbers:

While the administrative lines are impacted, all 911 emergency lines remain fully operational. Spectrum, the service provider, is aware of the issue and is actively working to restore service as quickly as possible.

For any non-emergency matters, residents are encouraged to use the temporary contact numbers provided until the issue is resolved. Emergency calls should still be placed to 911 as usual.
