St. Francois County Serious Injuries

(St. Francois County, MO.) A man from Leadwood, 44 year old Alan D. Ball, and a woman from Park Hills, 36 year old Robin D. Riley, are suffering serious injuries after they were involved in a one car wreck on Highway 47 in St. Francois County at 4 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. According to Highway Patrol reports Ball was driving East on 47, east of Stork Road, when he lost control of the car and it ran off the right side of the highway, smashed into a tree, and bounced back onto the road. Ball was flown to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis while Riley was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. Neither Ball nor Riley were wearing their seat belts when the wreck took place.
