Union Pacific Big Boy Train Travels Though Parkland

Bismarck, Mo. (KFMO) - Bismarck officials, and residents from throughout the Parkland, are enjoying the history of steam trains after the Union Pacific Big Boy Steam Train took a trip through the area Thursday.

Mayor of Bismarck, Seth Radford, says trains have always been an important part of the town's economy and continue to be to this day.

The Big Boy engine, the last of its kind, is on a tour of the Heartland and made stops in DeSoto, Bismarck and the Arcadia Valley.
