Washington County Sunday Accident

(Washington County, MO) A Weldon Springs woman, 71 year old Esther S. Gerdiman, is suffering moderate injuries after she was in a motorcycle wreck in Washington County Sunday morning at 11:30. According to Highway Patrol reports Gerdiman was headed south on Route P, south of Rosary Drive, when she lost control of the bike in a curve to the left. She overcorrected to the left and the motorcycle rolled over throwing her off. Gerdiman was wearing a helmet when the wreck took place. She was transported to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis.
