Debi Gilmore was born in Galveston, Texas on March 2, 1960, to the late Ellis and Loretta (Spain) Hutto. Debi enjoyed sewing, crocheting, doing yard work, crafting, turtles and spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. Debi passed away on September 2, 2024, having reached the age of 64. In addition to her parents, Debi was preceded in death by her brothers Danny and Billy Hutto, and her sister Carolyn Umfleet.
