(Farmington MO) A late Farmington Knights pushed was ended by the horn to end the game with Saxony Lutheran in front 59-52. It was a battle of father and son from Black Knight Fieldhouse and the elder, Justin Callahan earned the victory over his son, Garrett Callahan.
Luke Eggemeyer and John Hartmann paced the Crusaders with 15 points each, while Max Richey contributed 12 points, with 10 coming in the second half. Eggemeyer was the key to hanging on in the second half scoring 13 of his 15 points in the final two stanzas. Saxony Lutheran Head Coach, Justin Callahan on the performance by Eggemeyer, who is battling through an injured leg.
Farmington got a game high 19 points from Logan Schaupert, while Cannon Roth added 13 points. Farmington Head Coach Garrett Callahan on what led to the loss.
