David Pastrnak and Charlie McAvoy contributed a goal and assist each in the third period, and Morgan Geekie added a goal as the Bruins dispatched the Blues late.
Brayden Schenn and Oskar Sundqvist scored power play goals for St. Louis in the second period.
Goalie Jordan Binnington made 27 saves as the Blues were outshot by the Bruins 30-22. The Blues’ penalty kill held Boston scoreless on four opportunities.
St. Louis (7-9-0) begins an east coast swing to play Buffalo on Thursday, Boston on Saturday, and Carolina on Sunday.
