(St. Louis, MO) The St. Louis Blues and forward Jake Neighbours have agreed to terms on a two-year contract extension that kicks in for the 2025-26 season with an average annual value of $3.75 million.
Neighbours, 22, was drafted by the Blues 26th overall in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. Neighbours has 53 points (36 goals, 17 assists) in 135 regular season games. He is coming off a career high in goals last season (27).
In a separate move, the Blues announced that defenseman Nick Leddy has been placed on Injured Reserve. Leddy sustained a lower-body injury. He has dressed in four games this season.
