Chamber Meeting Features CASA Group

(Desloge, MO) Desloge Chamber of Commerce members are talking about St. Francois County's Court Appointed Special Advocate, or CASA, program after Tuesday's Chamber of Commerce business luncheon. The featured speaker at the event, CASA Executive Director, JoAnna Watts, told the crowd CASA volunteers are community members who get trained to become advocates for children in foster care.

In other business at the meeting the owner of Bow Tie Catering, Kim Leftridge, was honored for 18 years in business.
