(Jefferson City, MO) Officials with the Missouri Public Service Commission will hold local public hearings in June to receive customer comment in water and sewer rate cases filed by Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Confluence Rivers). There will be in person and virtual local public hearings conducted by the Public Service Commission. The local public hearing schedule includes a visit to Farmington Municipal Court, at Long Hall, 110 West Columbia Street, June 23rd. The hearing starts at noon, beginning with a public information question and answer session followed by the Commission receiving testimony from members of the public. On December 21, 2022, Confluence Rivers filed water and sewer rate cases with the Missouri Public Service Commission. Confluence Rivers seeks to increase annual water revenues by approximately $1.3 million and annual sewer revenues by approximately $1.9 million.
