(Jefferson County, MO) A man from Hillsboro, 46 year old Shane A. Donty, is dead after he was killed when he walked into the path of a car on Eastbound Highway 30 Saturday night in Jefferson County. Reports from the Highway Patrol show Donty died just before 9:30 when he walked onto the highway in front of a car driven by 29 year old Alexander S. Gerstner, of Fenton. Donty was pronounced dead on the scene while Gerstner was not hurt.
