Laughlin Faces Child Pornography Charges

(Maries County, MO) A former Irondale resident and past West County school district employee, 25 year old Rikki Lyn Laughlin, is facing charges of one count of possession of child pornography, one count of tampering or attempting to tamper with a victim in a felony prosecution, one count of second degree statutory rape, a count of sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution, one count of furnishing pornographic material to a minor, and one count of second degree sexual trafficking of a child under the age of 18. According to reports the incidents took place between September 8th and October 19th. Laughlin is accused of allegedly sending pornographic videos and nude pictures of herself to a 16 year old male student while working in the St James R1 School District. Laughlin is being held in the Maries County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
