Madison County ATV Wreck

(Marquand, MO) A 14 year old male juvenile from Marquand is suffering serious injuries after he was hurt in a traffic accident in Madison County involving two all terrain vehicles. Highway Patrol reports show the wreck took place Sunday afternoon at 2:55 on Madison County Road 310, five miles west of Marquand. The wreck happened when the ATV driven by the 14 year old crashed into an ATV driven by a 16 year old male juvenile as they were headed south. The 14 year old was not wearing a safety device when the wreck took place. He was flown to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
