Okenfuss Heading Up Chester Bridge Replacement

(Park Hills, MO) An Area Engineer for the Missouri Department of Transportation is being tasked with leading the replacement of the Chester Bridge. MoDot's Brian Okenfuss says he's excited about his new role.

Okenfuss, who's a monthly guest on the Start on The Parkland's Freedom Leader, AM 1240 KFMO, says the decision was announced at the last meeting of the Highways and Transportation Commission meeting, which was held earlier this month. Also approved, was an amendment to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, which included funding to replace the bridge, as well as the use of the Design, Build, Delivery Method for completing the project.
