(Leadwood, MO) Promoters of the Mineral Area Bluegrass Association's Country, Gospel, Bluegrass music festival are finalizing preparations for this weekend's festival in Leadwood. The featured entertainer for this year's festival is Penny Gilley, who has a country music television show on the RFD-TV channel. Gilley says she'll bring a down home country style performance to Leadwood City Park this Saturday.
The 9th annual Country, Gospel, Bluegrass Music Festival will also present The West County Concert Choir, The Country Fire Cloggers, the Harman and Ruble Bluegrass Band, The Punches Family, Gary Barlow, The Barry Jones Family, the Route 67 Band, Kevin and Kim Abney, and Payton Moses. Gates open at 10 am and close at 10 pm. Gate admission is $5 for adults. Children 12 and under get in free.
