Sawtelles Face More Charges

(Farmington, MO) Multiple felony charges concerning accusations of physical and sexual abuse, and neglect, against children are being added to those already leveled against Jeff and Tammi Sawtelle of Park Hills. The crimes are alleged to have taken place between January of 2010 and December of 2021. According to the casenet website charges against 55 year old Jeff Sawtelle include over 20 counts of various sexually related felonies. 56 year old Tammi Sawtelle faces 10 counts of similar charges. A grand jury approved the additional charges last month. The couple had been initially indicted in March and April of 2022. Jeff Sawtelle has an initial appearance in St. Francois County Court today while Tammi Sawtelle is set for a case management conference appearance January 27th.
