St. Francois County 3 Vehicle Accident

(St. Francois County, MO) A Park Hills woman, 73 year old Delores N. Bloomquist, is recovering from moderate injuries after a three vehicle wreck in St. Francois County Saturday evening just before 8 o'clock. Records from the Missouri State Highway Patrol indicate Bloomquist was driving north on East Main Street, at Flat River Drive, when a pick up, driven by 23 year old Connor R. Brown, of Park Hills, in an emergency capacity, entered the intersection and failed to yield to Bloomquist's car. The two collided and Brown's pick up struck a third vehicle, driven west by 52 year old Julia L. Moss of Park Hills, running it backwards off the south side of the road. Brown and his passenger, 20 year old Anthony W. Ratliff, of Bonne Terre, received minor injuries. Ratliff was the only person not wearing a safety belt during the accident.
