Washington County Wreck Moderate Injuries

(Washington County, MO) A man from Irondale, 57 year old William J. Meyer, is recovering from moderate injuries after a one car wreck Monday afternoon in Washington County. Highway Patrolmen say it was almost 1:30 when Meyer was driving east on Route M, west of Mounts Road, when he lost control of the car and it ran off the right side of the highway, hit the ground, and smashed into two trees. Meyer, who was wearing a seat belt when the crash took place, was taken to Parkland Health Center at Farmington.
