Midwest Veterans Chili Cook Off

(Park Hills, MO) The annual Chili Cook Off at Midwest Veterans Outreach and Store in Park Hills is Saturday. The owner of Midwest Veterans, Jim Williams, says the event is a fundraiser to help the store support veterans in the Parkland through the many national and local programs they're involved with.

The cook off begins at 10 am but you can bring your chili to Midwest Veterans and Store about an hour ahead. There is a $20 entry fee. The 1st place prize is $100, 2nd place is $50, and 3rd is $25. Midwest Veterans Outreach and Store is located at 102A Strauss Drive in Park Hills. You can call them at 573-722-4000.
