More Court Dates for Patterson

(Farmington, MO) There are two court dates set for local businessman, 65 year old Jackie R. Patterson, in St. Francois County Court, after a hearing was held Tuesday. He's scheduled for a preliminary hearing Thursday and a bond reduction hearing next Wednesday, January 17th. Patterson, the owner of Premier Tire and Automotive, was arrested and taken into custody on 26 sexually related charges. According to a probable cause statement obtained from the CaseNet website, Patterson is alleged to have had sexual relations with a juvenile female beginning in June of 1995 when she was nine years old. The statement also alleges the abuse occurred several times a week. Patterson is charged with 16 counts of Statutory Sodomy in the 1st degree, 7 counts of Rape in the 1st degree, 2 counts of Statutory Sodomy in the 2nd degree, and one count of child molestation in the 1st degree.
