Owl Creek Park's Construction Phases

(St. Francois County, MO) St. Francois County's new Owl Creek Park is still in Phase 1 of construction and is closed to the public. The Superintendent of the Park, Mike Sumpter, says this part of the work will feature the completion of paved trails.

Sumpter adds there are 4 phases to the project. Phases 2 and 3 will bring an expanded trail system. Phase 4 includes bathrooms and an asphalt parking lot. According to Sumpter they hope to have the park open by late fall or winter of this year as soon as Phase 1 is complete.
