Phoenix Investors Visits Chamber Meeting

(Park Hills, MO) Members of the Park Hills Leadington Chamber of Commerce are excited about the future of the 500,000 square foot building that used to house Piramal Glass following the group's monthly luncheon held Tuesday. The building sits without a tenant now but is being marketed by Phoenix Investors. The Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions and Leasing for Phoenix, Luke Herder, spoke to the crowd saying they're looking for several businesses to occupy the facility.

Following Herder's presentation the group was given a tour of the building. Herder explains the building has almost 512,000 square feet available and sits on 43.9 acres in Park Hills. The building also has rail access from an active spur of the Union Pacific Railroad.
