St. Francois County Annual Homeless Count

(St. Francois County, MO) The East Missouri Action Agency's homeless county will take place this month. A Program Manager for the Agency, Rob Baker, says an accurate count helps get more funding resources to those in need.

The count takes place between dusk and dawn Wednesday.
