St. Francois County Wreck

(St. Francosi County, MO) A man from Doe Run, 24 year old William G. Steele, is recovering from moderate injuries after he was injured Wednesday afternoon in a one vehicle wreck in St. Francois County. Highway Patrol reports show the accident took place just before 1 o'clock as Steele was driving North on Highway 221, near Henson Road, when he lost control of his S.U.V.. It ran off the right side of the road and smashed in embankment and rolled over. Steele, who was not wearing his seat belt when the wreck took place, was taken to Parkland Hospital at Farmington.
