Timeline from Eye Missing Persons Case

(Potosi, MO) Officials with the Mineral Area Major Case Squad are releasing the timeline of events in the investigation into the death of Donna Janine Eye of Rural Potosi. Eye was reported missing January 11th and her body was found in a rural area of Washington County January 17th at 1 o'clock that afternoon. In a press release accompanying the timeline, the Commander of the Major Case Squad, Sgt. Greg Adams, said 
due to the complexity of the investigation, and the misinformation circulating specifically on social media, it was decided it was important to release the investigative timeline. Investigation continues, the Mineral Area Major Case Squad asks that anyone with additional information that would assist in the further investigation of this incident contact the Washington County 911 Center at 573-438-1079.
