Washington County Fatal Traffic Accident

(Washington Copunty, MO) A man from Portage De Sioux, Missouri, 30 year old Zachary W. Stout, is dead after a one car accident in Washington County Tuesday morning. Highway Patrol reports show Stout was driving South on Highway 47, north of Kingston Road, right before 10 o'clock, when he lost control of his car. It slid off the right side of the road, smashed into an embankment, and rolled over. Stout was not wearing a seat belt when the wreck took place. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
